The aim of this website is to provide information for German and Indian legal professionals and students, who plan to study law or do research in India / Germany.

The German version is made for Germans, who want to study or do research in India. In the English version of this website, Indian students or professionals will find information regarding legal studies or research possibilities in Germany.

The information, tips, and contact possibilities are based on the experiences that I made during my one year research stay in the city of Mumbai (formerly known as Bombay). During that time I did research for my Ph.D. project: "The Indian Trade Marks Law - The Protection of Trade Marks and Geographical Indications in India with special reference to English Trade Marks Law, the TRIPs- Agreement and Indian legal mentality".
